Purchase Ledger Clerk - Mirfield, Huddersfield30 hours per week
Permanent role, Term Time plus one week
Salary:
Grade 7
£17,907 (pro rata) £25,409 (full time equivalent)
Key elements of this role will include:
To process purchase ledger orders on the P. S. Financials Accounting system in a timely and accurate manner and ensure budget holder sign-off. To answer all queries in relation to this.
Responsibility for sourcing "value for money" supplies and placing orders with suppliers.
To process all purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner and ensure appropriate authorisation for payment.
To assist in maintaining an accurate record of necessary monthly accruals and prepayments.
To issue sales invoices and process through to receipt of remittance, including debtor control.
To undertake the monthly banking for the Academy
To assist in the processing of items available through the ParentPay shop.
To provide a customer support service, as part of the Finance Team.
