An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Coordinator to join a innovate, driven and friendly family run technology company based in Kings Lynn.
Working Hours
- 9am 5pm or parttime, possibly 9:30am 2.30pm
- Full time or part time hours
Duties To Include
- Providing outstanding administrative support and customer service to the management team
- Ensuring jobs are raised and work is scheduled for engineers to meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate computerised records
- Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a professional manner
- Contribute to providing the best service possible to customers at all times
- General administration to support the day to day running of the office
Skills Required For The Role
- A knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, selfmotivated and good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work both in a team and independently in a very busy office environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and selfreliant
- Able to build relationships and rapport with a diverse range of people
Salary
Up to £12 per hour, dependent on experience
