CRM Coordinator
A great new opportunity has become live for a CRM Coordinator to join a market leader in Banking software to support the ongoing management, integrations and improvements to key business information systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CE.
This is more of a stand-alone automatous role where you'll liaise with all areas of the business to understand the requirements, configure the system, and manage the diagnosis and resolution of support issues.
Responsibilities of the CRM Coordinator:
- Ensure the daytoday operation and availability of the internal MS Dynamics 365 CE system is fit for purpose
- Planning and testing for Microsoft D365 updates to ensure uninterrupted internal system availability
- Analyse new internal business requirements and detail them in technical specifications for approval
- Perform gap analysis between internal requirements and the functionality within Prepare and lead workshops with the key users
- Coordination and project management of the internal CRM improvement task force
The successful CRM Coordinator will have/be:
- Background in consulting, focusing on a Dynamics CE system (Or BC, FO etc)
- Prior experience configuring and implementing D365 CE
- Microsoft SQL experience and knowledge
- Endtoend project lifecycle experience
- Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications (desirable)
