Description

Lanes -I are one of the UK's fastest growing utilities infrastructure providers. Our purpose is to sustainably deliver infrastructure.

As 7.5T Driver you will support civil dig gangs working on projects in the telecoms/ utilities sector to remove waste materials/spoil and to deliver new usable materials to allow completion of installation.

This role involves manual handling and is not just a driver position, you will need to load and unload your own vehicle in both the yard and on site.

Responsibilities:

Operate the 7.5T in a safe and professional way.
Provide a high quality of service to our onsite gangs and ensure professionalism throughout.
Work closely & effectively with Supervisors and gangers.
Have working knowledge of digital tachograph and driving/working time regulations.
Assist in backfilling operations
Adhere to correct signing lighting and guarding regarding operation of lorry and bucket/mast
Wear PPE in line with health and safety policy

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience Driving 7.5T/Class
Driving Licence
Less than 6 points
