As well as providing opportunities to the unexperienced looking for a route into financial services.

We are looking for qualified Mortgage Adviser to provide an excellent service to an existing client bank.

This is a self-employed role, clients provided, and financial assistance offered.

Hold relevant industry certifications, such as the CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) are required.
Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or similar role within the financial sector.
Have indepth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and industry regulations.
Have exceptional client service skills, focused on delivering a positive client experience.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, credit history, and existing debts, to determine their mortgage eligibility.
Offer personalized mortgage advice and recommendations tailored to clients' unique circumstances, financial goals, and risk tolerance.
Analyse mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment terms to present clients with the most suitable mortgage products.
Stay uptodate with industry regulations, market trends, and mortgage products to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.

The role will require:

An indepth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and industry regulations.
Familiarity with various mortgage underwriting systems and software.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and mortgage related software.

All training will be provided by the company to perform well in this role, we are looking for people who are eager to succeed and have an ambition to progress within financial services.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
