Citizens Advice Shropshire is recruiting an experienced Advice Session Supervisor or a Trainee Advice Session Supervisor.

Responsible to the Generalist Services Manager, this role is twofold:

To improve the quality of the service to clients by providing support, guidance and supervision on a day-to-day basis, especially to the volunteers in the service.
To take an active part in the Advice Session Supervisor Team to support the Generalist Services Manager.
