Description
The Manchester City Council and Bolton Council audit teams work together to design and deliver audit and assurance services.

This role is part of the team based in Manchester but may work in Bolton as required to support service needs.


The role holder will plan and deliver audit or assurance assignments in a range of potential areas that could include social care, regeneration or financial systems.

The nature of audits can be tailored to reflect the role holders experience and skills but we do require excellent planning, risk awareness, communication, teamwork, evaluation skills.


The role holder is not expected to provide management but may be asked to supervise or support less experienced staff.

The roleholder must work flexibly to meet client and colleague requirements; and will be expected to work from the office or client sites 2-3 days per week


Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 3-6 months


Salary:
£200.00-£250.00 per day
