Alexander Steele are working with a multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Multi - Skilled Shift Engineer to join their ambitious and growing business across their sites Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area.

The role:

Maintain and repair plant machinery as required (both electrical and mechanical)
Problem solves in a logical and rational way
Carry out PPM tasks as directed
Carry out work orders to repair and maintain plant equipment
Assist other engineers and contractors with installations & repairs
Be proactive in ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly and handed in on time
Provide training and support to any member of the engineering team where required
Adhere to the company's hygiene, environmental, health and safety policies, systems and safe working practices
Problem solves in a logical and rational way
