The Vice-President External Engagement team (VPEE) coordinates UCL's engagement with a range of external and internal audiences, raising the university's profile and influence, and managing its reputation.
It is a service-driven team of communications and marketing professionals who deliver sector-leading media relations, public affairs, institutional communications, brand and integrated marketing, student recruitment, and events.
About the role:
We are recruiting an Events Administrator to join our fantastic Institutional Events team to support the delivery of a range of exciting events which professionally and creatively
Additionally, they will respond to queries into the graduation inbox, providing excelle4nt customer service, update events calendars and project plans to reflect progress and ensure planning for the events is on track, and support logístical activities including ordering events equipment and collateral, helping the team prepare for the live day including booking taxis, hotels, packing up stationery, banners, etc.

About you:
To excel in this role, you need to have experience of working in a busy team environment, an interest in organising events, and experience of providing administrative support for a variety of activities.

outside of 'normal' office hours, including occasional attendance at evening and weekend events.
