Description

Proclinical are recruiting an Upstream Bioprocessing Team Lead for a biotech corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in London. The client is focused on generating remedies that quite possibly might be able to cure serious illnesses.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for guiding quality concern first response throughout bioprocessing and guaranteeing quality on the shop floor is in place to verify the company's facility is always prompt for inspection.
You will manage a team of bioprocessing scientists supplying coaching, assistance, motivation, development, and performance management.
Assure availability of GMP product manufactured rendering to the agreed manufacturing schedule in a timely manner.
Cooperative across divisions to delivery UK manufacturing performance objectives to resolve issues and remove barriers constraining performance as well as improvement.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a scientific or engineering discipline.
Prior involvement in a manufacturing operations and quality systems role with comprehension of process development lifecycle.
Acquaintance with performing regulatory inspections and audit promptness actions.
Leadership skills with the ability to think analytically.
An organised individual with the ability to resolve issues.
Works well in a team crossfunctionally.
Always looking to improve self.
