Permanent

Competitive Salary

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm and 8:30am-3:30pm on Fridays

Located near Derby

Digital Plant Coordinator

  • You with be pushing the digital transformation in the production plant for the business to ensure competitiveness and improve flexibility.
  • Acquire the local digital strategy from the groupwide Digital Plant strategy, defining the digital roadmap for the production site and the related implementation projects.
  • Identify and initiate necessary changes to enable the digital transformation of the production site.
  • You will complete GAPanalyses and develop learning paths for digital plant in the framework of the Production Academy.
  • Prepare training concepts and documentation.
  • Creating project status reports for all digital projects related to the production site and initiate any corrective actions required.
  • Leading strategic digitalisation projects and coaching digital plant implementation projects.

Digital Plant Coordinator

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required:


  • BSc degree or similar qualification related to Business Informatics
  • Experience with digitalisation projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Flexible and open to travel if necessary
