Description
Our client are looking for an experienced administrator to join their Infrastructure and Energy Team based at their Leeds office.
The post holder will take ownership of all relevant administrative duties for a key client which will enable the fee earners within the team to focus on serving clients and developing new business.

- Produce accurate and wellpresented documents including reports, client correspondence and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
- Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
- Processing third party invoices for the team
- Formatting of Word and Excel documents prior to client submission
- Management of databases to assist with hitting team KPI's
- Input to diaries and organisation of meetings including coordination with external parties
- Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
- Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably require
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Standard Operating Procedures and Money Laundering etc.
- Receiving attendees for meetings and arranging refreshments
- To be considered for this role you must have excellent administration and organisational skills and prior experience of providing support to a team. You will have a keen desire to learn and develop within the role and will be proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, you will have excellent time management and attention to detail skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be highly numerate.
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
