Job Summary


We're hiring for a Support Worker in Liskeard:
You will support a lady living independently in her own bungalow.

She loves being part of her local community, having her own car to get out and about to do the things she enjoys and needs.

She requires help and support with her daily living skills, personal care and medication. Your support will be centred around her preferences, interests and needs.

You'll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.

We have both day and waking night contracts.

Your responsibilities:


  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • To develop daily living skills.
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
About the role


Brandon exists to enable children, young people and adults with a learning disability, autism, or both, to live life in the way they choose.

We provide high-quality, individualised support to around 1,600 people and have a staff team of over 2,000.

Operating across southern England and London, support is provided by a widely dispersed workforce, including public spaces and the homes of the people we support.
