Overview:
This is a full-time position based at our UK office at Farnborough Airport.

This is a varied role that will, at times, carry large amounts of responsibility and require the individual to deliver the high levels of service our clients have become accustomed to.


Responsibilities:


  • Deal with inbound requests from a range of internal and external clients.
  • Work with the team to find creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Assist our scheduling team to execute efficient and effective optimization of the fleet by communicating availability to colleagues in Europe and the US.
  • Provide an industryleading level of customer service from enquiry to postflight followup.
  • Listen to clients' requests and provide proactive and immediate assistance.
  • Calculate quotations promptly and accurately using webbased software, with a clear focus on safety and service.
  • Follow up on each quote generated to maximise sales activity.
  • Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales.
  • Full administrative sales support, including raising client paperwork and securing payment.
  • Continual liaison and successful communication with operators and industry partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals/suppliers.
  • Support business needs as requested by senior managers and leadership.
  • Liaise with owner services team on trip details to ensure flight execution.
  • Problemsolve for required aircraft changes due to irregular operations with a focus on customer needs and cost ramifications, such as unscheduled maintenance and cancellations.
  • Maximization and optimization of the Fleet schedule via the charter market where necessary.
  • Work with scheduling, owner services and operations to assist in the recovery of AOG aircraft.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**- BA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Experience in the business aviation industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the use and operation of standard office equipment.**

  • Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Be prepared to work from our office at Farnborough Airport.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • The ability to work in a team atmosphere, and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written/computer and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
  • A willingness to continually learn and develop business aviation knowledge.
