Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the Brentwood area.


Duties:


  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
  • Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
