Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the Brentwood area.Duties:
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
