About the roleHere at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Retail Catering team in our stadium concourse kiosks as a Food Service Assistant for the new season.
Our stadium concourse kiosks serve over 45,000 guests.In this extremely fast-paced environment, this role includes working on a till serving customers, and handling food and beverage items.
What will you be doing?
- Working on our stadium concourse kiosks, serving food and beverages items to our guests.
- Working on average, 6hour long shifts on a casual basis.
- Maintain a fastpaced service experience 2 hours before and throughout the football match/ event.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy working area throughout every shift.
- Take instruction from your senior team members to ensure proper stock management/rotation and replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service to our visitors, providing full product knowledge of our menu that is on offer.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer service and can work well within a team.
No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
