Customer Service Advisor - Barton-Upon-Humber (DN18)
£22,460 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
No Weekends or Evenings

Due to expansion, our client is looking to for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing, dedicated team in Barton-upon-Humber.

DUTIES

  • Providing high quality customer service experiences
  • No cold calling or sales
  • Assisting customer enquiries from initial order to fitting
  • Liaising with showrooms
  • Proactively resolving customer queries
  • Building and maintaining relationships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to commute to BartonuponHumber daily
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and focus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced role
  • Strong written and verbal language skills
  • IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft
  • Experience in customer service (whether face to face or in a call centre) is desirable but not essential
