Customer Service Advisor - Barton-Upon-Humber (DN18)
£22,460 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
No Weekends or Evenings

Due to expansion, our client is looking to for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing, dedicated team in Barton-upon-Humber.

DUTIES

Providing high quality customer service experiences
No cold calling or sales
Assisting customer enquiries from initial order to fitting
Liaising with showrooms
Proactively resolving customer queries
Building and maintaining relationships

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to commute to BartonuponHumber daily
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and focus
Ability to work in a fastpaced role
Strong written and verbal language skills
IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft
Experience in customer service (whether face to face or in a call centre) is desirable but not essential
