My client, a world leading Consultancy firm offering global integrated professional services, are seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Lead to join their internal functions team on a permanent basis in one of their UK offices/Remote.

This role will be primarily responsible for end-to-end delivery of transformation work providing leadership to multiple delivery squads.
As the ServiceNow Transformation/Delivery Lead you will also be driving agile standards whilst delivery high quality solutions in ServiceNow.

You will work daily with both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders to support successful delivery of key business outcomes.

Managing and escalating risks & issues as well as owning a substantial multi million pounds budget.

Ideal skillset required:

Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, HR & Now)
Multiple years' experience as a Transformation/Delivery Lead, managing budgets, vendors and strong stakeholder management skills
Extensive experience of working within an Agile environment
Leadership qualities, understanding working with a geographically dispersed team and ensuring a one team approach
