NHS Blackburn with Darwen District Nursing Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our existing team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Nursing associate to join our dedicated and highly skilled District Nursing teams based in Blackburn with Darwen locality.

You will be a Nursing Associate/Assistant practitioner working within a multidisciplinary team and carry out a diverse range of duties.

As a Band 4 Nursing Associate within the team' you will be regularly supported and supervised by a nominated Band 5 Nurse and you will be encouraged to take personal responsibility for clinical supervision and your continued professional development plan.

The applicant will need to demonstrate their competency and experience in line with the job description/personal specification and will be required to work flexibly across a 7 day rota.
