About the Job
Reporting to the Financial Director, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties
Key responsibilities
- Processing of sales invoices
- Processing of Purchase Invoices and
- Scheduling supplier payments
- Maintenance of banks including lodgements, payments, and
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT returns.
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
Previous experience
- Have previous experience of working in an Accounts/office setting.
- Have a working knowledge of accounts software.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Possess good communication skills.
- Must be adaptable and have a flexible approach to varying duties.
- Great Working Hours
- Access to a great finance team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
