A unique opportunity has arisen for a Category Buyer to join this customer-first consumer services organisation, based in the North East.

The Individual
Reporting to the Category Manager the ideal Category Buyer will be/have:

Prior experience in IT procurement would be hugely beneficial
Commercially orientated mindset
Able to make purchasing decisions in line with relevant regulations
Engaging, personable individual who can effectively build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Experience in coordinating complex procurement processes
Resilient, strong influencing skills
