Position:
Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant

Location:
Walsall

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of our students across all year groups within the primary setting.

You'll work closely with teachers to create engaging learning experiences and provide individualized support to students as they navigate their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to deliver effective classroom support and assist in lesson planning.
Provide oneonone and small group support to students to enhance their learning experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Assist with the implementation of educational strategies, including phonics instruction, to promote literacy development.
Support students with special educational needs and help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Confidence and flexibility to work across all year groups within the primary setting.
Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower young minds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

Pay:
£84.00-£90.00 per day
