The team therefore provide customers with accurate information and maximise recovery rates.


Key responsibilities:

  • Initially you will start in the call centre, making telephone calls to individuals who have yet to pay their parking tickets to try to collect payments. This includes full training on the systems used.
  • In the future, there is the possibility of becoming either fully call centrebased or administrationbased.

Person specification:

  • Confident speaking over the telephone daily
  • Organised
  • Teamplayer
  • Grades of C/4 or above in your Maths and English GCSEs


This role would be accompanied by either a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship or a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
