£29,501 - £34,045 per annum plus up to 40 days + bank holidays

Joining us as Digital & Learner Systems Officer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, administering, developing, and supporting key digital and learner management systems which include the administration, maintenance, and upgrades to all ProMonitor / ProPortal / ParentPortal and Microsoft 365 products and services, including managing the Quality Help Centre ticketing system.


This is the perfect opportunity someone who has experience of a similar role, managing, updating, and developing systems and providing technical support to end-users.

Delivering a good or better level of service, you'll have experience of developing reports and analysing data, and of developing solutions in Microsoft SharePoint.


This position is site-based and you will be required to travel to and work from all South Thames College Group sites
