We have a great Office Coordinator role, supporting the two Directors of a small but growing company in Crawley to come on board as soon as possible.


If you are great at time management, have impeccable organisational skills and are able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, this could be for you.


Duties will include but aren't limited to:

  • Arranging appointments with suppliers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Attending to visitors, drinks, food ordering, taxi ordering
  • Personal appointments for Directors
  • Providing administration office support, stationery ordering, maintenance contracts and general data entry
  • The role would also be analytical, working on spreadsheets, comparing pricing with competitors and feeding back to Directors
We are looking for an organised, confident and flexible individual who enjoys a busy and varied role.

You must have experience in general office coordination and administration have ideally provided a degree of PA support and be a confident user of Excel (intermediate level is fine).


BENEFITS:
Position includes Pension & Healthcare.

20 days holiday plus bank holidays - increasing by 1 a year to max of 25
