Sales Administrator
Working as an
Sales Administrator you will be working in the sales department working closely with their customers, communicating regularly and working as a team to maximise all sale opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and servicing skills for the customers.
- Produce quotes, process customer orders and manage requests.
- Promote, sell and advise customers on products and services.
- Processing orders and overseas shipment
- Ensure customers are regularly advised with the products available, pricing and discounts.
- Create and maintain good working relationships with clients.
Experience:
- Experience working within a similar role and previous customer service experience.
- Proactively maintaining working relationships.
- Experience working to targets and working within a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry systems.
- Someone who is determined and has initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good clear communication skills both written and verbal
- A selfstarter, with drive and motivation.
