As a Corporate Tax Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality tax advice and solutions.You will work closely with senior management and play an integral part in business development activities, ensuring the continued growth and success of our tax department.
Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and technical knowledge will be key in guiding your team towards excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the corporate tax team, ensuring highquality service delivery.
- Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services to a diverse client base.
- Engage in business development activities to grow the tax practice.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Oversee complex tax projects and ensure compliance with UK tax legislation.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
- Extensive experience in corporate tax within a UK accountancy practice.
- Proven track record of managing teams and developing new business.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
