Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new challenge?


BMC Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside an established business in the Washington area who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.


This role will encompass running providing support and guidance on the full employee lifecycle as well as supporting with recruitment activities for the business.

You will have previous experience working at this level as well as up to date knowledge of employment law.

The full is either full time and is office based. Hours of work are 08:1- 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 on Friday.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and guiding managers in relation to employee relations concerns, including disciplinaties and grievances
  • Support on employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing and maintaining the HRIS and ensuring it is kept up to date
  • Prepare and collate HR Management information and reporting

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
