We are looking for an excellent Facilities Administrator to join our team in Manchester, to support the Facilities Manager with the delivery of projects and facilities management services to residential buildings across the portfolio.

What will you do?

  • To ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest possible standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting with MI/Reporting on statistics from Fixflo, Quooda compliance, procurement administration and database management
  • Provide support to the maintenance team, Job Allocation and invoices
  • To work in partnership with the FM in the delivery of daytoday planned maintenance and any works, acting as the point of contact for contractors.
  • To help deliver all Fire Safety compliance, Planned preventative maintenance compliance across the portfolio
  • To help deliver changes in procedures and policies across the portfolio

What are we looking for?

  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • IT skills.
  • Communication skills, with particularly strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Residential property management experience is hugely advantageous, but not essential.
