** £400 - £450 per week

The Learning Support Assistant:


For this Learning Support Assistant role, you must hold a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant qualification and have experience working in an Alternative Provision or a similar setting (such as a Pupil Referral Unit).

It is important that you are a strong, resilientLearning Support Assistant who understands the SEMH needs and SEN of the children you are working with.

You should take a trauma-informed approach to working with the children at this school, and have a solid grasp of their additional needs.


The Learning Support Assistant Role:


As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with pupils in KS3 and KS4 with SEN and SEMH needs.

Behaviour can be particularly challenging, so it is important you have excellent classroom management skills and a good understanding of the national curriculumup to GCSE level.

There is a relatively high intake of SEN at this school, so it is important that you have experience working with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, Attachment Disorder and more.
