Overview:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a telescopic handler operator. As a telehandler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.


Duties:


  • Perform various mechanical tasks, such as repairs and maintenance
  • Operate and maintain equipment and machinery
  • Dig and excavate as required for projects
  • Assist with commercial driving tasks, including transporting materials and equipment to job sites
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Skills:


  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Ability to dig and perform physical labour as needed
  • Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£17.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
