We have an opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our Construction team in Manchester to provide an effective and professional planning and programming service for pre-contract and project teams.

As a Senior Planner, some of your Key Accountabilities will include:
- Instigate and monitor a balanced suite of performance measurement criteria throughout a project's lifecycle
- Ensure proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with construction
- Produce integrated tender programme and method statement and present proposals to settlement meeting
- Change management: review programme effect of changes and advise on EOT issues
- Produce schedules as well as obtain and analyse quotes for all timerelated preliminaries
- Accountability for the most complex, largest or several significant projects and manage all to a successful conclusion with mínimal supervision, this may involve supervising other Planners
We are looking for a professional Senior Planner with knowledge of commonly used forms of construction contracts as well as an awareness of a variety of performance measurement techniques, such as Critical Path Analysis and use of Key Performance Indicators.
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified Planner with effective communication skills and solid experience on Construction projects
