Job Purpose To provide general admin support to the Sales Team.

To be successful you will need:

  • Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role
  • Excellent command of MS Suite & Google Suite, and open to new systems
  • Ability to manage your own work load
  • Confident telephone manner

Key Deliverables

  • To attend meetings, documenting minutes & actions and general administration support
  • Supportive and collaborative team member
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solutions oriented, proactive, positive approach to work
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
