Monday - Friday 37.5 hours flexible start times

- To ensure all time sheets and engineer working hours are collated and submitted for weekly pay runs by set deadlines
- To support Regional Managers/Field Managers in the organisation of training schedules, meetings and Tool Box
- Talks to ensure minimum disruption to the operation.
- To complete weekly rotas and all associated admin, including maintaining absence records and changes to working patterns
- Support Regional Managers/Field Managers with any legal, mandatory or regulatory requirements relating to operational, vehicle or other transport matters
- Maintain and keep up to date all training records and any skills matrix to comply with internal and external audit requirements and support operational needs
- Maintain vehicle tracking records, ensuring all driver details and reports are kept up to date
- Ensure communication is cascaded to field teams, respond to queries and requests for information as appropriate
- Undertake any other work as reasonably required of you by the Lanes Regional or Ops Delivery Manager
- Work closely with Field Management teams to maximise resources and ensure customer issues are resolved as timely as possible and to an industry leading standard.
- Be part of high performing teams that embrace a culture of continuous improvement, delivering process change and operational efficiencies
- Ensure all H&S, HR and other Lanes Group Plc policies are fully adhered to, supporting HR processes as requested
- Establish positive and productive client relationships, ensuring regular, constructive twoway communications
- Proactive ordering of PPE and stock within the depot needed to ensue operations run smoothly
- Proactive ordering of stock based on forecasted events / weather and time of year
- Raising and ordering in line with policies
- Raising PO's
- Downloading of all camera footage to box
- Submission of IFR Tipping requests
- Process and site induction of new starters
- Supervision of stores personnel ensuring coverage and one to ones complete
