Description
We are looking for additional support for our team, on a contract basis for 3-6 months. Based in Peterhead, this position provides the opportunity to work with a highly reputed Resource Management company.


Purpose of Role:

  • Responsible for the administration and logístical support of the Operations team who specialise in recruitment for the energy industry.

Duties will include:

  • Verify certificates.
  • Complete and issue contracts and agreements
  • Participate in internal audits
  • Administration support of the company's IMS.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, training, medicals and PPE as required.
  • Maintaining purchase order and booking registers.
  • Issuing of purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Tracking all receipts and ensuring timely receipt of invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve any queries in conjunction with operations and account functions.
  • Carry out any other administration and logístical tasks as required in support of operation function as required.
  • Assist accounts and payroll function as directed.


These responsibilities require the ability to focus, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task whilst prioritising work loads effectively.

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
