We are looking for additional support for our team, on a contract basis for 3-6 months. Based in Peterhead, this position provides the opportunity to work with a highly reputed Resource Management company.Purpose of Role:
- Responsible for the administration and logístical support of the Operations team who specialise in recruitment for the energy industry.
Duties will include:
- Verify certificates.
- Complete and issue contracts and agreements
- Participate in internal audits
- Administration support of the company's IMS.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, training, medicals and PPE as required.
- Maintaining purchase order and booking registers.
- Issuing of purchase orders to suppliers.
- Tracking all receipts and ensuring timely receipt of invoices.
- Investigate and resolve any queries in conjunction with operations and account functions.
- Carry out any other administration and logístical tasks as required in support of operation function as required.
- Assist accounts and payroll function as directed.
These responsibilities require the ability to focus, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task whilst prioritising work loads effectively.
