World Options provide businesses with a one-stop logistics solution for domestic, international and freight shipments. Through our industry leading portal, we supply access to the world's largest carriers. This allows users to choose carriers based on price, speed of transit or availability.


As a franchise of World Options, we have built up a large customer base, with many SMBs now using the platform for their shipping needs.


What we are looking for

Role requirements

  • Ensure each customer receives a positive service and experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Work closely with Directors to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with customers
  • Forecasting and analysing
  • Effectively use CRM

What You Need

  • Good level of understanding using Microsoft Office (mainly excel, word)
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Customer focused
  • Problemsolving and time management skills
Salary £19,500 - £23,500 Pro Rata

The role can be part time Monday - Friday pm.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£19,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
