About the Job
The Sales Coordinator will support the Global Retail Team to drive the Retail business for Brands at Supernova.


Responsibilities

  • Support global retail account managers in day to day activities
  • Manage the line detail/master data for retail team ensuring it is up to date and updated to deadlines
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all assets are available for on time submission to retailers
  • Coordinate the packaging change process with internal teams and retail team
  • Support with sampling send outs for new potential retailers
  • Monitoring retailers marketing channels supporting account management
  • Reviewing and recording marketing coverage for our brands in retail
  • Review competitor activity at retailers
  • Support with retail reporting including sell in and sell through
  • Assisting with ad hoc retailer support

Your Profile

  • Experience in a similar support role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet multiple, frequent and at times aggressive timelines
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with multifunction stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Proactive
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Strong interest in beauty a must
