Business Transfer Agent - Leeds - Circa £40,000 basic salary + car allowance + COMMS
This position is ideal if you are working at a Valuer, Branch Manager or Regional Manager level in Estate Agency or have previously worked in Commercial Business Transfer.

As a Commercial Property Specialist, you will be representing one of the best names in the business, specialising in the sale of commercial property and businesses.
What you will be doing
- Sell and acquire businesses on behalf of both private and corporate clients
- Accurately conducting market appraisals, ultimately leading to instructing these businesses to the market for sale
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Full lifecycle ownership of the sales process from instruction to completion
- Ensuring an exceptionally high level of client care for both vendors and purchasers
- Networking and maintaining contacts
- Management of the inhouse CRM system, maximising all opportunities
What you will have
- You will ideally be from a Business Transfer background or be an extremely experienced Residential Property Valuer
- You must have valuation experience
- You will have had experience pitching for quality business
- You will be experienced in cold calling
- You must be able to nurture deals
- You must also be extremely organised and have good business acumen
