The Role

As a Support Practitioner, you'll assist individuals with various support requirements in Irvine, Kilwinning, Ardrossan, and Saltcoats. Responsibilities include aiding with daily tasks like meal planning, cooking, appointments, household chores, finances, medication, and personal care. Additionally, you'll engage individuals in hobbies such as exploring new places, taking walks, enjoying music, participating in community activities, and arts and crafts.

About You

No prior experience is necessary as we prioritize values in our recruits. We provide all essential training. We even cover your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and SSSC registration fees annually.

Shift Patterns

We value work-life balance, offering flexible shift options. Our team operates between specific hours, seven days a week. Weekends and public holidays are included in the rotational rota, with occasional evening shifts that provide advance notice based on planned activities.

If selected, you'll be required to undergo the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and commit to obtaining an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare for SSSC registration within three months of employment commencement.
