Description

A major UK & International freight forwarding organisation is looking for a Systems Support professional to work within their system support team - supporting the BPI (Business Process Improvement) and System Support Manager, providing first line support,with monitoring their ticket system, providing training to new staff (once trained in the role) and working closely with different teams on documenting process and driving change for efficiencies and optimization.

ROLE:
To be a key contact for the client team on LIMA product. To support the client team in their role as LIMA first line support. To support the scoping & testing of new functionality and enhancements of both product and bespoke LIMA.

  • SCM LIMA Superuser
  • Understanding of LIMA track structure, groups & dynamic participants
  • Undertake LIMA training with client teams
  • Develop LIMA super users within the client team
  • Support on non SCM LIMA accounts
  • Monitor LIMA performance
  • Understanding of & support on Origin / Destination Integration
  • ETI management user testing for new developments
  • Monitor adherence to procedure for raising and managing ETIs
  • LIMA knowledge share within the wider team
  • LIMA demos to both internal & external customers
  • User testing of new Core Product functionality to make sure it is fit for purpose
  • Support for Implementation managers
  • Aid customer confidence in LIMA product
  • Streamline LIMA Processes
  • Awareness of SLA measurements
  • Awareness of the key drivers in an effective supply chain operation
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems functionality or reporting for the client and ACS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Adaptable to change
  • Good/excellent excel skills (can do basic formulas and pivot tables)
  • Technically minded (interest in technology software/coding/Microsoft)
  • Can pick things up quickly
  • Great at building relationships
  • Willing to learn and grow with the team
