About the role:

You will work alongside the existing administration team to provide support a team of Employee Benefits Consultants. You will also work closely with clients and insurers.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Gaining quotations from the UK's leading group risk/health insurers
  • Putting together client-facing reports detailing our market research
  • Contacting insurers on behalf of our consultants to gain underwriting decisions
  • Producing suitability letters for clients detailing our recommendation(s)
  • Supporting consultants and clients with scheme renewals

Required skills:


Experience working as an administrator within either the group risk or group health space is essential for this role.
Having passed GR1 and/or IF7 is an advantage but not essential.
