- Diary management
- Meeting organisation providing necessary documentation and taking minutes
- Travel arrangements
- Managing team social events
- Processing invoices and expenses for the team
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- General administration including preparing documents
- Keeping the team's intranet page up to date
- Providing support on projects and supporting with budget management
- Updating policies and procedures
Key experience:
- Previous PA experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and adaptable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
