The Role:
*As AV Sales Manager your role is to Lead Manage and Motivate to show your own sales results and ensure the team meet the targets set as this is very much a Lead by Example Sales role you will still enjoy the buzz of the sale

*Developing New Business areas and building on existing business

*Developing individuals skills -encourage drive and passion for sales

*Trainging development and Motivation

  • This is a role for you to develop and lead the Team forward
