We are looking for a team player who is self motivated, hardworking with excellent communication skills and can-do attitude.


The post holder will proactively manage the security and maintenance of the ESR system and assist in its development, in accordance with current HR/Finance/Payroll policies and procedures.

Training will be provided.


Please be advised that interviews for this post are due to take place week commencing 8th April 2024


The post holder will provide a range of ESR data reports and respond to ESR queries, often being the first point of contact for managers.


The post holder will be expected to establish good working relationships with key internal and external contacts, advising on all aspects of the ESR Workforce Information team processes in accordance with local policy and guidelines.

Collate, interpret and present data to enable senior managers to accurately respond to Freedom of Information requests

Produce and supply ad-hoc reports as requested. These are varied, complex and require an in depth knowledge of the Trust's structure to provide accurate details to executive and senior management decision makers

Support the development and maintenance of a detailed Workforce Information reporting suite. Export, collate, and manipulate data in Excel spreadsheets. Analyse and present accurate data in an appropriate format to tight deadlines

Analyse trends involving multiple streams of data, enabling the forecast of potential benefits

Produce standard reports for absence, PDR's, Mandatory training, job plans and all other required reports to allow the Trust to track performance

Ensure relevant information is comprehensively processed in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures

Investigate complex and confidential enquiries, providing assistance and advice as required to aid intelligent decision making

Identify and respond to potential data anomalies, where qualification of results or corrective action may be required.
