Job description


The role involves assisting a variety of stakeholders from within and outside of the organisation, where communication and time management will be essential.

You will report to the management accountant and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team where able.


Responsibilities:


  • Running the aged debtors report
  • Reporting on all customer debt, and communicating with the relevant staff members to ensure the business runs efficiently.
  • Sending out customer statements
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Escalating customer debt/queries where necessary
  • Updating the project tracker
  • Supporting the finance team with sales invoices/purchase invoices where needed

£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
