Evaluation Leads Inside IR35**
Contract Term: 6 months

Contracting Authority:
UK Research and Innovation (UKRI)

Location:
Hybrid (travel to London or Swindon whenever required)

Please note that, due to the upcoming Christmas holidays, interviews for these roles will be taking place in January 2023.
We are recruiting two Evaluation Leads to join UKRI, initially for 6 months.

This role will consist of evaluation support across the team and more widely across UKRI to develop and implement evaluation plans and provide evaluation support on across cross cutting UKRI programmes such as the Technology Missions Fund.


As an Evaluation Leads, your main responsibilities would be:

  • Support the development of M&E in business cases for new funds and develop this into actionable M&E plans
  • Lead on the development of an updated public facing version of UKRI's evaluation framework and the evaluation teams' wider communications approach.
  • Support the development of new research projects to commission to address some of UKRI's evidence needs.

You'll have:
  • Previous evaluation experience and a demonstrable understanding of evaluation methodologies
  • Proven social research skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of working within a project environment
  • General IT competency across MS Office suite

It would be good for you to have:

  • Previous public sector experience.
  • Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
