This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team and make a real difference to residents most affected by the cost-of-living crisis.

It is an interesting and varied role which would suit someone who enjoys advocating on behalf of vulnerable clients.


Working in the Welfare Rights Service as a member of the Money Advice Team, your role will be to support and advise residents who are struggling with their finances, enabling them to budget more effectively by identifying potential income maximisation and expenditure reduction, prioritise their creditors and suggest appropriate options to deal with their debts.
