Telesales Team Leader required for a rapidly growing aftercare provider for retail brands.

Since my client's inception in August 2020 they have grown to 40 employees across the UK and South Africa. They have recently relocated to new offices in Haywards Heath and are embarking on our next phase of growth. They are now seeking an experienced SalesTeam Leader to lead, develop and motivated a team of skilled Sales Agents.


The Sales Team Leader will join the leadership team and manage a team of 8, with the ambition of growing the team to 14.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of new agents, training of new and existing team members and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Previous experience of leading a sales team is essential as is the drive and ambition to grow a high performing, successful team.


Key duties:

  • The day to day management and motivation of the sales team.
  • Conducting regular sales meetings with both agents based in the office and work from home agents.
  • Ensuring expectations are set and any issues are identified.
  • Continuously reviewing team members performance against KPI's and setting performance improvement plans.
  • With support from the compliance department, conduct compliance reviews with agents, ensuring processes are followed and required action plans are set.
  • Create an environment of support and success to the sales floor.


Industry knowledge is not essential, however the ability to lead, gain the respect of your team and meet the high expectations of the company are essential.


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 plus commission (£55,000 - £60,000 OTE)
