  • We are looking for an exceptionally driven and experienced

PMO & Staffing Lead responsible for all aspects of resourcing, project governance, revenue and bench management alongside supporting the administration of our internal PSA system, Certinia. The Resourcing team is instrumental to the organisation, collaborating with the various departments to achieve company and individuals' goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational reporting including people productivity forecasting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to support resources development across different regions.
  • Analyse forecast pipeline, identify challenges and find solutions cooperating with multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Collaborate with recruitment to forecast resources needs (skills/roles) based on pipeline.
  • Implementation of Resourcing best practices and process development across the PMO function and feeding into wider organisational processes.
  • Proactively manage the bench and support Resourcing analyst to identify opportunities.
  • Coaching and development of Resourcing within PMO function
  • Responsible for reporting issues and risks to Head of PS Operations
  • Pipeline reporting of inflight and completed projects
  • Oversee Lesson Learned meetings.
  • Managing Jira and Confluence

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


Essential:


  • Worked as Resourcing Manager in similar organisation (2+ years)
  • Excellent verbal, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of, and ability to implement Resourcing best practice within PMO
  • Ability to identify challenges and prioritise based on company's goals and vision.
  • Knowledge of Risks and Issues Management
  • Ability to develop operational relationships with resources and other departments' leads.
  • Worked as Resourcing Manager in similar organisation (2+ years)
  • Excellent verbal, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of, and ability to implement Resourcing best practice within PMO

Desirable:


  • Certified in a recognised project management and/or PMO qualification
  • Experience of Cloud based technologies such as Salesforce
  • Experience of Agile Delivery Methodologies
  • Good level of understanding of Jira and Confluence
