Inspecting residential properties and accurately recording condition, contents

Inspections are predominantly within the Greater London postcodes
Uploading files/ photos and finalising reports ready for review

Required skills and personal attributes

A passion for property or interiors combined with an eye for the details
Dedication to customer service for a wideranging stakeholder profile
Selfmotivated with a flexible approach to work and problem solving
Presentable, punctual, and polite
IT literate
Own transportation preferred but not essential

Hours

Minimum of 2 days per week 9am6pm
Weekends available

Salary and benefits

Salary depending on experience
Paid a competitive rate per appointment based on experience
Parttime workers need to cover own travel

Skills

Highly experienced Microsoft office user
Language: English and Mandarin Chinese

Selection process
1) A formal face to face interview to ensure a good potential fit

2) Assessment of your natural ability for the role and establishment of a training plan, you will be given material to read through to give you everything you will need to know

3) Your availability for training and ability to demonstrate that you have read and understood said material will influence the speed at which you progress to being sent out on your own, we will do everything possible to get you to that stage as practically and quickly as possible.
